My Card Post Listing Redesign
Overview
The listing page is where everything on My Card Post actually happens. It is where people buy, sell, send offers, make trades, and run auctions. Over the years it had picked up feature after feature and started to feel dated, so I took on a full redesign of the listing experience across every state a card can be in.

The Problem
- ๐ซThe page felt dated, and the buyer, owner, and auction versions had slowly drifted apart
- ๐ซGraded slabs are the whole product, but they were just flat images and didn't feel premium
- ๐ซThe offer, cash offer, and auction actions were cluttered and hard to scan, especially on mobile
- ๐ซOwners didn't have a fast, clear way to relist, send to auction, or bundle cards together
The Goals
- ๐ฏBring the buyer, owner, and auction views back into one consistent system
- ๐ฏMake graded cards feel premium with a real 3D slab
- ๐ฏGive every action a clear hierarchy so buying, offering, and bidding never feel cluttered
- ๐ฏGet it to full parity and polish on mobile, since that is where most people browse
What I Shipped
- ๐ฎOne design system that powers three layouts for buyers, owners, and auctions, so the page always matches the moment
- ๐ฎ3D PSA and CGC slabs with a rotate hint, plus grading details you can tap into
- ๐ฎRestyled the cash offer and best price forms to match the new look
- ๐ฎOwner action popups for sending to auction, relisting, and pre including multiple cards in a deal
- ๐ฎAround 30 rounds of feedback and live testing with the team before it went out

The Results
The redesign went live in June 2026 and is now the default listing experience across the marketplace. (Metrics to add, like engagement, offer conversion, or time on a listing.)
